Consultation Fee:
Case review:$285 for the initial comprehensive 1-hour evaluation(visit with the doctor, records, evaluation, recommendations) followed by a second half hour visit directed at reviewing diagnostic data resulted and completing the protocol recommendations. However please that note many patients will require a more intensive approach and in that case a program will be recommended(time and financial investment depends on each case and will be discussed at the time of your appointment).
