We believe in establishing a regular, convenient routine you can stick to both for treatment of any issues like acne or uneven skin tone as well as ongoing maintenance to keep your skin clean, bright, healthy and breakout free. We will work with you to create your ideal treatment plan based on your needs.
We believe in establishing a routine to maintain clean, luminous healthy skin. Once you have achieved your personal skin goals like clearing acne, sunspots or rosacea, we recommend at least once a month treatment. On average, our clients receive 2 facials per month. Remember you can and should alternate areas for us to treat.

- Those with a history of cold sores should be aware that they may be triggered by heat/light and prophylactic antiviral medication is recommended.
- Those with known keloid scarring may have increased risk of keloid formation. Hypertrophic or keloid scars will be avoided during treatment.
- For bearded clients, it’s ideal to come in clean shaven or with only up to 2 days stubble, as we will avoid areas with facial hair growth.
You are allowed to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged $25 if you have a membership or package or half of the session price for nonmembers.
If you arrive late, we’ll simply reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid cutting the next client’s appointment short. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late and you are a member, you’ll be charged a $25 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment. For non-members depending on the type of treatment and duration we might be able to simply reduce your treatment time, or you will need to reschedule, and you will be charged the cancellation fee of $50.
Yes, we do offer treatments to minors who are at least 15 years of age. We do require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf and accompany them. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor.
To cancel your membership: email at info@mcimatlanta.com. Requests must be made 2 days in advance of the next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will immediately forfeit any remaining treatments or other benefits. You will not be refunded for any unused benefits that month.
Yes, you can ‘’donate’’ up to 3 of your treatments/ to family members or friends /year.
